Digital Marketing Manager

Maximus Real Estate Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role on our marketing team, driving online marketing strategy and execution for our portfolio of multifamily properties. You will own the strategy for creating demand across all digital channels, as part of the team responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a marketing technologist, strategist and tactician who has demonstrated success in driving revenue through digital program development, analysis and optimization. Familiarity with the multifamily real estate industry a plus.

Responsibilities/Essential Job Duties


Work with the property marketing managers to develop and manage integrated campaigns via paid search, display advertising, listing services, social media, email, and more


Drive SEO strategies to increase organic rankings


Ensure that our websites performing at optimal levels


Develop and execute marketing automation/email nurture campaigns


Coordinate with IT and sales to ensure seamless lead flow and tracking through our website and CRM systems.


Collaborate with business partners to incorporate inventory and pricing into the advertising strategy


Manage ongoing testing/optimization


Measure, report on performance and ROI, with program vendors, Google toolkit and our CRM


Keep open line of communication with sales teams to optimize the impact of marketing programs


Manage external vendors, as appropriate

Stay on the leading edge of digital marketing best practices


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with ability to clearly articulate successes
  • Deep knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools, online advertising (SEM, Display, Retargeting, etc.), social media platforms, Webdev tools, Google's analysis suite, reporting software, A/B testing tools, etc.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • An analytics and reporting enthusiast, comfortable with being measured on quantifiable results
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
  • BA/BS degree in a Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field
