Senior Vice President, Marketing

The Senior Vice President Marketing leads the day-to-day management of the marketing department across a range of luxury real estate brands. He/She is responsible for overseeing all aspects, operations, and personnel within the Marketing Department. This role works directly with the senior leadership of the company and senior managers across all departments.

This role requires a holistic perspective to marketing with experience leading both brand and sales focused initiatives.

Responsibilities/Essential Job Duties

  • Lead the strategy and execution of day-to-day operations of each brand within the portfolio including: sales experience, resident events and resident retention.
  • Work with Director of Sales and General Managers of each brand on lead generation and sales goals. Responsible for managing execution of day-to-day marketing materials via the Brand Asset Managers. Work with Marketing Analytics Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to analyze and present monthly / quarterly reports.
  • Manage a team of marketing employees including: long term development and training, individual performance and coaching. Strategic management of internal and external resources. Such other tasks or assignments as may be required by management.
  • Strong marketing fundamentals: Customer, Market, Product, Brand, Creative, Comms, Digital Landscape, Campaigns/Media, Marketing Technology.
  • Review and define annual brand budgets, along with approving all invoices and payments via Brand Asset Managers.
  • Optimize use of budget/resources to achieve desired results.

Experience and/or Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience at an advertising agency, marketing agency, or marketing department at a company
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience with both print and digital marketing
