Systems Administrator/Engineer

The systems administrator/engineer will have diverse experience managing cloud and hybrid based systems. The candidate will be responsible for the support, maintenance and configuration of our network infrastructure, cloud based services as well as workstations and mobile devices.

Responsibilities/Essential Job Duties


Manage the day-to-day operations of in-house and clould based services such as Office 365, Microsoft AD, Hyper-V, Group Policy, ManageEngine Service Desk and Desktop Central. Manage the network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and DNS. Manage our RingCentral Phone System. Manage our InContact Cloud Call Center Software.


Develop and manage projects for new software and services. Develop user training programs and guides.


Provide user support for PCs, Macs and mobile devices.


  • Expertise managing Office 365.
  • Expertise managing Active Directory including the use of Powershell and Group Policies.
  • Strong networking experience, particularly Cisco/Meraki routers, switches, firewalls and wireless APs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Travel within the Bay Area is required.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with hosted phone systems, Ring Central & InContact.
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong Experience with both PCs and Macs.
  • Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk & Desktop Central.
  • Microsoft and Cisco Certifications strongly preferred.
